We process all customer transactions through RBI-regulated payment aggregator Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We support all major Indian domestic payment instruments:

• Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express cards issued by Indian scheduled banks.
• Net Banking: Over 50+ major Indian banks including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, etc.
• Digital Wallets: Leading Indian mobile wallets supported by Cashfree.

2. Currency & Pricing Transparency (INR)

All product prices, ticket fares, and charges on myfanshowticket.online are denominated and billed strictly in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹).

Ticket base prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any nominal internet handling fee or convenience fee charged by the ticketing platform is clearly enumerated and presented on the Checkout page before you authorize the transaction.

3. Payment Security & Data Privacy

We take payment security with the utmost seriousness. Our platform does not store, process, or view sensitive payment card numbers, CVVs, or bank net banking credentials.

All payment transactions are handled through Cashfree’s bank-grade 256-bit encrypted checkout environment compliant with RBI directions on tokenization and digital payment security.

4. 5-Minute Atomic Seat Lock & Confirmation

When a user initiates checkout, our booking engine temporarily locks the selected seats for 5 minutes to prevent race conditions and overbooking.

Your booking is confirmed only upon successful authorization notification received from Cashfree. Upon confirmation, a unique Booking ID and digital QR pass are instantly issued.
