1. Electronic Fulfillment of Products & Services
myfanshowticket.online operates as an online ticketing reservation platform providing digital admission passes for cinema fan shows and special screenings.
We do not sell physical consumer goods, merchandise, or printed paper vouchers. Therefore, physical parcel shipping through postal or courier services is not applicable. All deliverables are purely electronic tickets.
2. Delivery Timeframes & Methods
Upon successful payment confirmation through our authorized payment gateway (Cashfree), your digital ticket order is fulfilled immediately:
Email Delivery
A high-resolution digital ticket with a unique scannable QR code is emailed to your registered email address within 2 minutes.
SMS Confirmation
An SMS containing your Booking ID and ticket pass link is sent to your 10-digit mobile number immediately.
Instant On-Screen
Your booking pass is rendered on screen right after payment, and remains saved under "My Tickets" in your profile.
3. Delivery Charges / Shipping Fees
There are no shipping or delivery charges (₹0 INR) for ticket delivery. Electronic tickets are transmitted at zero delivery fee.
4. Non-Receipt of E-Ticket or Troubleshooting
In rare instances where an email server delays delivery or if SMS delivery fails due to cellular operator DND filters:
- Log in to myfanshowticket.online and view your pass under My Tickets.
- Check your email Spam / Junk / Promotions folders.
- Contact our customer support desk with your registered phone number or transaction ID for prompt manual ticket re-dispatch.
