myfanshowticket is an authorized online entertainment ticketing platform specializing in cinema fan shows, special movie premieres, and celebratory 4K re-releases in Hyderabad.

Our products and services include:

• Single-Screen Cinema Fan Show Tickets: Reserved seat passes for exclusive fan screenings at partner theaters (e.g., Sri Sai Ram 70mm, Hyderabad).
• Special Screening & Premiere Passes: Admission passes for limited-capacity commemorative film events.
• Digital E-Ticket Issuance & Validation: Cloud-generated electronic tickets with unique scannable QR codes.

3. Pricing & Currency (INR)

All pricing on this website is strictly in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹).

The prices displayed for cinema tickets (e.g. ₹250 INR) represent the base ticket charge inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (GST). A nominal internet handling / convenience fee may apply at checkout and is clearly disclosed prior to payment completion.

We reserve the right to revise ticket pricing for future shows at the direction of event organizers and cinema management.

4. Electronic Delivery of Digital Tickets

All tickets and services offered on this platform are 100% digital goods/services. No physical merchandise or paper tickets are shipped through postal services.

Upon successful payment authorization via our payment gateway, your electronic tickets (featuring high-resolution scannable QR codes) are delivered instantly via email and SMS within 2 to 5 minutes, and remain accessible under the My Tickets section of your account.

5. Payment Processing & Gateways

All payments are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators, specifically Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We accept standard domestic Indian payment methods including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and major digital wallets.

Your sensitive card numbers or bank credentials are never stored on our servers. A seat booking is confirmed only upon successful payment capture and receipt of confirmation from the gateway.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Failed Transactions

Because fan shows have strictly limited seating capacity, tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances.

In the event of an official show cancellation, rescheduling, or if an amount is deducted from your bank account without ticket generation due to gateway timeouts, full refunds will be automatically processed back to the original source within 5 to 7 business days. 7. User Accounts & Fair Use Policy

Users must authenticate using a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or multi-tab locks to game seat allocations.

Black-marketing or resale of tickets above the printed face value (₹250 INR) is strictly illegal under Indian law and will lead to automatic invalidation of the booking without refund and potential law enforcement reporting.

8. Venue Entry & Admission Guidelines

Entry to the screening hall is governed by cinema house rules. Attendees must produce the digital QR ticket pass along with a valid government photo ID matching the booking. The theater management reserves the right to deny admission to disorderly or intoxicated patrons without entitlement to refund.

9. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Our maximum legal liability for any claim arising from a booking is strictly limited to the total ticket amount paid in INR by the user for that transaction.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
