• Payment Information: We do NOT collect or store sensitive financial details (credit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking PINs). All payment information is captured directly and securely by our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partner, Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.
• Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, and browser type collected to combat ticket scalping, bots, and fraudulent transactions.

• Issuing and transmitting digital QR ticket passes via Email and SMS within 2 minutes of payment.
• Enabling barcode/QR verification at theater gates (e.g. Sri Sai Ram 70mm, Hyderabad).
• Managing transaction disputes, customer inquiries, and processing automated refunds via Cashfree.
• Complying with statutory accounting, GST reporting, and regulatory audit mandates under Indian law.

• Partner Cinema Theaters & Event Organizers: Strictly for gate admittance matching and entry verification.
• Payment Aggregators (Cashfree): To process secure payments, prevent fraudulent chargebacks, and remit refunds.
• SMS & Email Service Providers: To deliver instant transaction receipts and QR tickets.
